Le document vise à faire la lumière sur les principes de la Constitution italienne qui protègent l’environnement jusqu’à la nouvelle législation concernant la criminalité environnementale. |

The paper aims to shed light on the principles of the Italian Constitution that protect the environment until the new legislation concerning environmental crime. |
