| Summary, etc. | L’organisation du travail à travers la pratique à distance de l’activité professionnelle entretient un lien fort avec la notion de charge de travail, eu égard aux implications pouvant être engendrées en termes de durée, d’intensification du travail et donc de surcharge du télétravailleur. La mobilisation juridique de cette notion se développe dans l’expansion même de la pratique du télétravail. Ainsi sous l’étendard de l’obligation générale de sécurité de l’employeur, l’évolution jurisprudentielle et législative est à prévoir (par le renforcement de l’obligation de contrôle et de suivi de la charge de travail), à l’instar du régime de forfait en jours, autre mode d’organisation du travail flexible. |
