| Summary, etc. | Comment s’articulent au plan international, européen et français, connaissances scientifiques et décision publique en matière de biodiversité ? Convaincus de la pertinence des outils juridiques face au phénomène de l’externalisation de l’expertise et aux critiques dont il fait l’objet, nous souhaitions interroger les conditions d’un meilleur encadrement de l’expertise scientifique, à travers l’analyse des conditions institutionnelles et matérielles de la normativité des données scientifiques en matière de biodiversité. Avec le soutien de la Fondation de Recherche pour la Biodiversité (FRB) nous avons étudié la sélection des experts impliqués dans la prise de décision, leurs modalités de travail, le poids des études produites par la société civile ainsi que les conditions de la normativité des éléments scientifiques produits. La présente contribution présente les principaux résultats de la recherche. |

Firmly believing in the relevance of legal tools, we wanted to call into question the phenomenom of the massive externalization of scientific expertise in order, perhaps, to determine the conditions of a better guidance of the use of the latter.
