S’adressant pour la première fois à la diaspora marocaine, Mohammed VI se pose en Commandeur des croyants, en défenseur d’une religion de paix, en chantre de la lutte contre le terrorisme. |

| Summary, etc. | On the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the Revolution of the King and the People, the Moroccan monarch delivered an Aug. 20 speech around four themes : inner Maghreb brotherhood, anchoring on the African continent, humanist reception of migrants, and affirmation of a tolerant Islam. Also addressing the Moroccan diaspora for the first time, Mohammed VI acted as the defender of a religion of peace, and the champion of the fight against terrorism. |
