Dans une problématique plus orientée vers une présence durable sur la Lune ou plus largement dans l’espace, la recherche d’eau et d’oxygène pourrait constituer un point de départ pour les futures missions d’exploration et d’exploitation des ressources. L’objectif de l’article est de poser les questions juridiques qu’engendrerait leur exploitation. |
