Comprendre la décision de Rousseau suppose d’observer la question à partir de sa méthode, telle qu’on la trouve dans la théorie du « Pacte social ». Il apparaît alors que la Pologne a conservé, enfouies, les lois fondamentales de la vraie politique, ce qui rend ce pays apte à une « marche graduelle » vers la démocratie. |
