En effet, les sanctions des États-Unis sont plus difficiles à appliquer dans la région (les entreprises locales étant peu dépendantes du marché américain). Cependant, les Émirats arabes unis, qui sont un partenaire régional important de l’Iran, appliquent avec une grande rigueur les sanctions américaines. Et le commerce entre l’Iran et le Qatar reste, en dépit de l’embargo imposé contre ce dernier pays par l’Arabie Saoudite, à un niveau relativement faible. |
