| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa place de l’immobilier en termes de couple rentabilité/risque par rapport aux actions, aux obligations et au marché monétaire ainsi que les corrélations existants entre ces divers vecteurs de placement, constituent l’objet de notre recherche. A l’aide d’un échantillon de 92.000 transactions réalisées sur la période allant du 1er trimestre 1992 au quatrième trimestre 2002, nous construisons pour la Communauté urbaine bordelaise, dix-huit indices représentatifs de l’immobilier physique (résidentiel, commercial, professionnel, parkings). |
