La politique française aura-t-elle, comme on l’a beaucoup dit et écrit, visé à préserver coûte que coûte le statu quo ? Avec le recul et l’accès aux archives, la gestion mitterrandienne de la fin de « Yalta » apparaît aujourd’hui sous un jour nettement moins défavorable et largement plus constructif. |
