Cependant, si à ce jour nous commençons à en cerner les contours visibles, il est en pleine mutation. Ne touchant plus les mêmes populations qu’auparavant, il garde une activité invisible qui affecte le manager. Après avoir dressé un panorama du BO, nous allons observer une population de 23 cadres d’entreprises et tenter de montrer qu’il est nécessaire que l’entreprise joue un rôle de régulateur dans la gestion de ce dernier. |
