| Summary, etc. | Du Haut barrage d’Assouan au canal de la Paix ou au projet Touchka, l’Egypte a toujours cherché à dégager de nouvelles ressources hydrauliques afin d’augmenter l’espace utile du pays qui est passé de 4,5 millions de feddans en 1887 à environ 7 millions actuellement. L’Etat entend mener à bien une nouvelle stratégie de gestion et d’aménagement du territoire qui s’articule autour de la défense et du contrôle du territoire et des personnes et s’efforce d’aboutir à une nouvelle carte démographique et économique. |
