| Summary, etc. | Cet article se propose de montrer, à partir d’une approche de la dimension participative et locale, l’adéquation de la politique tunisienne avec les intentions internationales à partir du thème de la gouvernance. Nous montrerons comment l’État tunisien s’est inscrit dans une démarche de "bonne gouvernance", par son redéploiement autour d’une ouverture sur la société civile et sur la régulation territoriale. Nous abordons la gouvernance dans une logique de délégation contrôlée et de réinstitutionnalisation de l’État. |
