Cet article se propose de montrer, à partir d’une approche de la dimension participative et locale, l’adéquation de la politique tunisienne avec les intentions internationales à partir du thème de la gouvernance. Nous montrerons comment l’État tunisien s’est inscrit dans une démarche de "bonne gouvernance", par son redéploiement autour d’une ouverture sur la société civile et sur la régulation territoriale. Nous abordons la gouvernance dans une logique de délégation contrôlée et de réinstitutionnalisation de l’État.

Public policies and "good governance" in Tunisia This article proposes to show from an approach of the participative and local dimension, the adequacy of the Tunisian policy with the international intentions from the topic of the governance. We will show how the Tunisian State was registered in a step of good governance, by its redeployment around an opening on the civil society and on the territorial regulation. We approach the governance in a logic of controlled delegation and re-institutionalization of the State.
