Je prends en charge une jeune patiente de 21 ans arrivée une heure plus tôt en ambulance pour des lombalgies depuis son accouchement sans complication 4 jours auparavant dans le même hôpital. Elle n’allaite pas. Elle a reçu une ordonnance d’antalgiques de palier 2 et d’anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens mais les douleurs persistent. |
