La gestion partagée de ces bassins constitue un enjeu majeur pour les frontières concernées. Il s’agit ici de questionner la dimension politique et sociale de la gestion des bassins transfrontaliers tant à travers les initiatives de coopération étudiées que les conflits qui peuvent opposer les acteurs en présence. |
