This article has two objectives: to analyze the factors contributing to the weak performance of the French labor relations system; and to consider the objectives and stakes of the reform, the decisions made in order to transform the situation, and the weaknesses of the reform, particularly in terms of collective bargaining at company level and the changes to the thresholds that condition union representation. |
