À partir de quelques exemples de parcours d’insertion réussis, l’article s’attache à montrer ce qui a changé avec la loi de février 2005 : des intentions aux réalités. Enfin, dans ces processus d’intégration des personnes handicapées dans les entreprises, les pratiques de formation professionnelle sont interrogées : comment réduire la distance à l’emploi, autrement dit, comment augmenter l’employabilité des personnes handicapées ? |

On the basis of several examples of successful insertion paths, this article seeks to show what the law of February 2005 has changed: from intentions to reality.
