L’élève troublé apparaît comme un mauvais élève ; aussitôt, il renvoie à une définition de la bonne classe. Une mutualisation de compétences entre l’enseignant spécialisé (personne-ressource) et ses collègues enseignants ordinaires constitue une des clés de la réussite de l’inclusion. Et ce que l’enseignant parviendra à mettre en place pour l’élève en situation de handicap sera bénéfique pour tous les élèves. |
