De l’autre et de ses possibles mondes. Le présent essai traite d’un autre dans une situation de handicap au travail, comme catégorie ontologique. Il traite des processus d’intériorisation et d’extériorisation d’une altérité marquée par l’idéologie de la normalité masquée par le discours de l’égalité. Cet autre, dans sa présence (avec quelque marque corporelle), et son absence (dans sa négation comme être a-hégémonique), incorpore et est incorporé progressivement dans une processualité sociétale qui le potentialise à travers son altérité. |
