Summary, etc. |

Summary, etc. | Self-reflexitivity and conflictuality within instituted groupsIn order to acknowledge and identify itself as such, the professional group has an obligation of self-reflexitivity. Within the care system and social work institutions, the challenge consists of keeping the group together, giving it a cyclical unification, and allowing simultaneously some conflictuality to develop. Reflection about the project belongs to such unavoidable processes of legitimising regulation.Whenever the statement of the project plays with metaphors, it opens itself to interpretation and to conflictuality. It encourages the fastening of individual narcissism to group narcissism, even of destructivity to the primary task, keeping thus the professional group from an ideological closure. |
