Summary, etc. |

Summary, etc. | What makes team work, requirement of the drives’ work and of the group psychic apparatus of team workThe author proposes a theory of team work which is summarized in four points :According to an institutional definition, the team is one of the three parts of the institutional structure. The second part is made by the people that the institution takes care of, the third part by the entire partners that make the care relationship possible. The heart of the intersubjective drives’ work of the team comes from the tension between an intrapsychic contradiction that divides workers : to be close to a patient, to a client (tendency towards pairing), and at the same time to belong to an actively organized group (the team). The institutional setting comes from what is shared with the third part of the institutional structure ; so there is a risk of crisis in the succession of generation’s team. The group psychic apparatus theory (Kaës) can be proposed for the team because of the specific nature of the transference process and of the institutional psychic « organizers ». |
