Pour ce faire, et préalablement, il mettra en parallèle les deux faces du travail salarié : son volet réifié (première partie : de l’aliénation à l’auto-autorité) et son volet créatif (deuxième partie : de la perruque au hacking) pour déboucher sur une proposition (troisième partie : un dispositif institutionnel au service de tous) visant à promouvoir, à l’intérieur même de l’organisation du travail pathogène actuelle, les potentialités créatrices toujours présentes de ceux qui travaillent. |
