Chercheurs et militants, les auteurs analysent la forme brutale et exceptionnelle que peut revêtir cette emprise de la machinerie managériale à partir d’un conflit survenu dans un établissement de taille moyenne. Dans la composante étudiée, le pouvoir vertical et descendant que cherchent à imposer les directions centrale et locale se heurte à une tradition particulièrement vive de pouvoir collectif, horizontal et ascendant. Les agents biatss, relais incontournables des nouvelles pratiques organisationnelles et enserrés dans la hiérarchie administrative, sont les plus exposés à la violence managériale. |
