Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | This paper develops, from a textual and discursive analysis perspective, an approach to the study of the constituent language in a documentary corpus of nineteen Bolivian constitutions enacted between 1826 and 2009. In the first instance, it presents a longitudinal look at the vocabulary and definitions of the country that have characterised the liberal, social and pluralist constitutionalisms in the country. Secondly, it looks at the representations of the state and the enunciative identity expressed in the preamble of the Bolivian constitution promulgated in 2009, considering in this case a documentary subset made up of the majority and minority reports generated by the Country Vision Commission of the Bolivian Constituent Assembly. The paper shows the conceptual axes and the evolution of the constituent vocabulary throughout the aforementioned period, also presenting the lexical-semantic worlds specific to the visions of the State proposed in the Constituent Assembly, as well as approaching the sources of enunciative and foundational legitimation included in the preamble of the most recent Bolivian constitutional text. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
