| Summary, etc. | Notre article met en avant l’apport des techniques projectives (Rorschach et tat) à la compréhension de symptômes adolescents mettant en jeu des configurations familiales prises au piège de la répétition traumatique de l’inceste. La médiation projective permet une « trouée dans la carapace défensive » du sujet mettant ainsi en lumière des mouvements libidinaux et des investissements psychiques singuliers. Les différentes rencontres cliniques avec Aurélie, adolescente hospitalisée, soulignent un investissement des enveloppes marqué, une difficulté certaine à pouvoir exprimer des affects authentiques, une tentative de réanimer le psychisme via le passage à l’acte et au corporel ainsi qu’une certaine confusion des identités victimes de l’inceste. |

| Summary, etc. | Our article highlights the contribution of projective techniques (Rorschach and tat) to the understanding of adolescent symptoms involving family configurations trapped by the traumatic recurrence of incest. Projective mediation allows a “gap in the defensive shell” of the subject, thus highlighting libidinal movements and singular psychic investments. The various clinical encounters with Aurélie, a hospitalised adolescent, underline a marked investment in envelopes, a certain difficulty in being able to express authentic affects, an attempt to revive the psyche via the passage to the act and to the body as well as a certain confusion of identities victims of incest. |

| Summary, etc. | Nuestro artículo pone en evidencia el aporte de las técnicas proyectivas (Rorschach y tat) en la comprensión de síntomas de adolescentes que ponen en juego configuraciones familiares entrampadas en la repetición traumática del incesto. La mediación proyectiva permite un « hueco en el caparazón defensivo » del sujeto dejando traslucir movimientos libidinales e investimientos psiquicos singulares. Las diferentes encuentros clínicos con Aurélie, adolescente internada, subrayan un investimiento de las membranas marcando, una dificultad certera a expresar afectos auténticos, un intento de reanimar el psiquismo via el pasaje al acto y a lo corporal así como también una confusión del lado de la certeza, en la identificacion de las victimas del incesto. |
