The government’s ‘opening up’ continues, but is unlikely to be conclusive in terms of legislative advances. The resolution of the Kurdish issue is halted by the regime’s internal uncertainties, and is henceforth dependent on the evolution of neighboring countries Iraq, Iran and Syria. |
