Le Plan d’action sur la sûreté nucléaire du 22 septembre 2011 met en place les éléments d’un renforcement des contrôles autour de la notion de transparence de l’évaluation par les pairs. Ce Plan d’action constitue une étape importante, applicable sans attendre une éventuelle modification juridique des conventions de sûreté. |
