Les populations – qui ont encore en tête les injustices des périodes coloniale et postcoloniale – ne font confiance ni à leurs propres pouvoirs publics, ni aux Occidentaux venus aider. Elles désertent les hôpitaux, considérés comme des mouroirs, ce qui ne fait que renforcer la propagation d’Ebola. |
