Le Royaume-Uni pourrait devenir leur chef de file en donnant une nouvelle impulsion à l’Association européenne de libre échange (AELE). Une bonne articulation entre l’UE et l’AELE permettrait une unification historique du continent. Des États importants comme l’Ukraine et la Turquie seraient intégrés à cette architecture. Un tel projet entraverait les visées russes dans les marges orientales de l’Europe. |
