Les voix critiques ou dissidentes existent, mais elles s’expriment d’autant moins publiquement que la contestation est passible de lourdes peines. Face au raidissement du régime, beaucoup d’opposants et d’hommes hostiles à la mobilisation ont quitté la Russie. Ils sont considérés comme des traîtres dans leur pays, mais ne sont pas toujours bien accueillis ailleurs. |
