L’Égypte, déjà en crise économique, se retrouve ainsi privée d’une partie des revenus du canal de Suez. Plus largement, la situation en mer Rouge illustre un changement d’ère géopolitique : la compétition stratégique entre États fait désormais rage et les Occidentaux se retrouvent seuls pour gérer certaines menaces. |
