| Summary, etc. | L’article rapporte le cas d’une pré-adolescente âgée de 12 ans, présentant un symptôme anorexique ayant nécessité une hospitalisation pédiatrique. Une seule consultation thérapeutique psychanalytique, impliquant la jeune, sa mère et sa grand-mère, est détaillée. Cet entretien, familial et individuel, a notamment mis en évidence l’utilité d’un abord transgénérationnel. La problématique oedipienne, réactivée en période pré-pubertaire, a semblé prévalente par rapport aux fixations archaïques orales.La cédation rapide et durable du trouble, à la faveur de la mobilisation psychothérapique, dès la fin de la consultation, plaide aussi pour l’hypothèse d’un épisode anorexique hystérique plutôt qu’une anorexie mentale typique. |
