| Summary, etc. | Cette note de recherche s’intéresse aux moyens qu’un encadrant va se donner afin de permettre à une équipe de soins de s’adapter, s’ajuster à des réorganisations impératives de leur environnement hospitalier, lors d’une crise sanitaire dont l’ampleur est mondiale. Dans un service d’urgences, en première ligne des accueils non programmés, et notamment de patients contaminés et contaminants, les soignants sont obligés de laisser leurs peurs de côtés afin d’assurer leurs missions de soins.Confrontée à des situations inhabituelles et anxiogènes, la résistance au changement n’a pas le temps de se développer.
