| Summary, etc. | RésuméIl n’est pas rare de constater, en territoire frontalier, des mobilités poursuivant des finalités diverses (achat de tabac, de carburant, de chocolat, de médicaments...). Dans le cadre de la prescription et de la délivrance des traitements de substitution pour opiacés dépendants (méthadone et Subutex®), des flux de patients de sens opposés et d’intensités différentes marquent la zone franco-belge du Nord de la France et du Hainaut occidental belge. La frontière, symbole d’une charnière entre deux territoires, est également le révélateur d’une charnière entre deux mondes législatifs distincts, des différentiels législatifs étant principalement à la base des mobilités. Ces mobilités transfrontalières et les rationalités qui les sous-tendent seront l’objet, dans cet article, d’une analyse détaillée. |

| Summary, etc. | Mobility of persons and goods in cross-border zones is frequent, for multiple purposes (such as for tobacco, fuel, chocolate or medication purchase). In the context of substitution treatments prescriptions for opiate dependence (methadone and Subutex®), patients’ flows of varying intensity transit in both directions along the cross-border zones of North of France and West Hainaut in Belgium. The border, turning point between two territories, is also the turning point between two distinctive legislative worlds. This difference between legislations also offers the main reason for the above-mentioned mobility or flows. This paper addresses those cross-border flows and differences in legislation. |
