D’un côté, les directions en appellent à l’intelligence, l’intuition, la réactivité des salariés (mis en concurrence entre eux) et de l’autre elles les entravent par des dispositifs de contrainte et de contrôle (process, procédures, protocoles, méthodologies, bonnes pratiques imposés). La pratique du changement permanent, qui crée une obsolescence systématique des savoirs et de l’expérience des salariés, les dépossède par ailleurs de toute légitimité à contester le modèle et renforce la subordination. |
