520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | This article is about an integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment, as defined in FMH training and applied here in the context of a public ambulatory consultation. We will see how psychiatric care enhances the psychotherapeutic encounter and inversely, how psychotherapeutic vigilance enriches the entire treatment. Our thinking is oriented towards the subject of the individual interview, considered as the main intervention in psychiatry. This case report raises the question of a double diagnosis, which leads us to deprive ourselves of the relative comfort of a single point of view and obliges ourselves to interrogate our models. |
