520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The confinement constraints linked to the Covid-19 crisis have forced companies to massively deploy distance working. Coming out of the pandemic, companies responded to social demand with hybrid organizations mixing faceto-face and distance learning. This change in working methods has accentuated societal changes and the desire to work differently. The Covid-19 crisis is an indicator of another way of working with new expected and tested management practices. The notion of meaning at work is becoming increasingly important, thus leading to thinking about organizational dynamics with a strong component of managerial transformation. |
