| Summary, etc. | Qu’en est-il du transfert dans la paranoïa ? Lacan, dès 1932, occupe une position dans laquelle il considère comme sachante sa patiente, qu’il nommera « Aimée ». En 1975, une clef à tout traitement possible de la paranoïa sera donnée grâce à la clinique borroméenne. Lacan a joué le rôle de sinthome, quatrième élément d’un nœud borroméen de quatre nœuds à trois, transformant la psychose d’Aimée en paranoïa commune. Cette solution, précaire, est cependant à repérer et à préserver dans nombre de cas de psychoses non déclenchées. |
