Ces outils peuvent, en complément d’analyses socio-économiques, aider les décideurs à progresser vers un urbanisme plus durable. |

These tools can, as a complement to socioeconomic analyses, help decision-makers advance toward a more sustainable urban planning and development. |

| Summary, etc. | Zur Einschätzung der umweltsschädlichen Auswirkungen von Gebäudekomplexen und Infrastrukturen wurden Instrumentarien entwickelt, die eine Vielzahl von Faktoren berücksichtigen : Baumaterialien, Baustellen, Nutzung von Versorgungsprozessen (Heizung und Wasserverbrauch), Abbrucharbeiten, Abfallentsorgung und eventuelle Wiederverwertung. Diese Instrumentarien können in Ergänzung zu sozio-ökonomischen Analysen die Entscheidungsträger dabei unterstützen, eine nachhaltigere Stadplanung zu entwickeln. |
