Ainsi, cette fonction née dans le secteur privé pour répondre à des besoins précis doit adapter son rôle au contact des différents acteurs. Une étude ethnographique au sein d’un service contrôle de gestion d’une commune permet d’éclairer les mécanismes de la prise de rôle d’un contrôleur en position de nouvel entrant. Celui-ci se retrouve dans l’obligation de s’auto-saisir pour participer à des projets et doit adapter son discours aux opérationnels. |
