| Summary, etc. | Au travers d’une enquête menée auprès de toutes les Régions de la France métropolitaine, nous avons pu établir la quasi-généralisation des pratiques de contractualisation infrarégionale des Régions et leur apport en ingénierie aux territoires. Après avoir présenté la place des budgets régionaux d’aménagement des territoires, nous analysons les modalités de contractualisation, le rôle assuré par le contractant local, généralement un Pays, les types de financements et les priorités thématiques. |
