| Summary, etc. | Cet article relate l’expérimentation d’un dispositif instrumental original mis au service d’une recherche-intervention appliquée au management de petites équipes.Il s’appuie sur une recherche menée au sein d’équipes travaillant dans un groupe de vente à distance confrontées à des problèmes relationnels.Dans un premier temps, sont présentées les caractéristiques attendues d’une démarche ingénierique répondant aux exigences d’une recherche-intervention valide appliquée au fonctionnement des petites équipes. Dans un second temps, est exposée l’expérimentation menée, afin d’en tirer des enseignements pertinents. |
