La présente recherche s’intéresse à cette problématique. Elle s’attache à identifier les stratégies mobilisées par ces acteurs pour dépasser ces attentes contradictoires en situation de changement organisationnel et à proposer des pistes permettant d’encourager ces stratégies. |

This article addresses this problem. The research aims to identify strategies used by first line managers to overcome the conflicting expectations during organizational change and to suggest ways to encourage these strategies. |
