Elle n’en est pas moins à l’origine de nombreuses interrogations. Les premières sont relatives à sa qualification : il est ainsi permis de se demander si la télémédecine peut être considérée comme un téléservice public. Les secondes sont relatives à son régime juridique : on peut s’interroger sur le point de savoir si celui‑ci est à la hauteur des enjeux suscités par une telle activité. |
