La mobilisation de communautés larges en vue de définir un projet de groupe permet ainsi de renouveler la culture d’entreprise afin de stimuler l’adhésion des salariés et de renforcer l’intégration des filiales et des métiers. Le Crédit agricole a ainsi défini une demi-douzaine de projets de groupe successifs, en une preuve de son agilité dans le mouvement de renouvellement de ses valeurs, de ses pratiques, de ses stratégies. |
