Les auteurs abordent ces différents aspects, notamment dans la perspective d’une comparaison avec la pratique psychiatrique auprès des adultes qui a, quant à elle, intégré beaucoup plus nettement l’acte de prescription de psychotropes.Après avoir discuté la place du recours aux psychotropes au sein du modèle polyfactoriel de la psychopathologie, un cas clinique est présenté dans le champ de l’hyperactivité infantile. |

Zuerst die Frage seiner beruflichen Identität, danach die Frage seiner theoretischen-klinischen Schöpfung. Die Autoren gehen die verschiedenen Aspekte an, vor allem mit der Perspektive eines Vergleichs mit der psychiatrischen Praxis bei den Erwachsenen, Praxis, in welcher die Preskription von Psychotropen viel klarer integriert ist. Nach der Diskussion der Stellung der Psychotropen innerhalb des polyfaktoriellen Modells der Psychopathologie, wird ein klinischer Fall diskutiert, im Feld der infantilen Hyperaktivität. |

In primo luogo quella dell’identità professionale ed in seguito quello della sua creatività teorico-clinica. Gli autori affrontano questi vari aspetti nella prospettiva di un confronto con la pratica psichiatrica con adulti che integra molto più chiaramente l’atto della prescrizione di psicofarmaci. Un caso di iperattività infantile viene presentato dopo aver discusso il posto del ricorso agli psicofarmaci nel quadro del modello polifattoriale della psicopatologia. |
