Les patients dont le narcissisme est gravement troublé, leur accordent une prééminence et une dure persistance.Selon l’auteur, ces fantasmes renversent activement les représentations de relations anciennes ; ils condensent la représentation du retour à un sein qui comble et sa négativation par l’autosuffisance qu’ils énoncent. They stir up wishes to overthrow human finitude and attempt to attract the analyst’s counter-transference onto the path of connivance with desires.Their effect on the dynamics of the analytic relation is in relation with the problematic of psychic excitability and the processes that attempt to contain it. |
