Un exemple clinique montre comment les trois types d’acte analytique, d’intervention subjectivante, de construction et d’interprétation participent à la transformation des rapports du moi et du surmoi et permettent au moi de reprendre son devenir. Les interventions en engageant la réflexivité nécessaire au processus analytique, les constructions en permettant la désidéalisation de l’objet primaire, les interprétations en desexualisant l’objet œdipien. Le moi ainsi advenu serait un « moi sublimé », c’est?à?dire accordé avec le « je » du discours selon la formule de certains patients : « Enfin, je me sens moi?même. » |

With a clinical example, he demonstrates how three types of analytic act – subjectivising intervention, construction and interpretation – help to transform the relations between ego and superego and enable the ego to resume its evolution. The interventions instigate the reflexivity required for the analytic process, the constructions allow the de?idealisation of the primary object and the interpretations desexualise the oedipal object. Accordingly, the ego that emerges is a « sublimated ego », that is in tune with the « I » of discourse in a way expressed by some patients as: « at last I feel I’m myself ». |

Ein klinisches Beispiel zeigt, wie die drei Typen des analytischen Akts: die subjektivierende Intervention, die Konstruktion und die Deutung, zu einer Veränderung des Verhältnisses von Ich und Überich beitragen und es dem Ich ermöglichen, seine Zukunft wieder in die eigene Hand zu nehmen. Und zwar die Interventionen dadurch, dass sie eine für den analytischen Prozess notwendige Reflexivität herstellen, die Konstruktionen dadurch, dass sie die Entidealisierung des primären Objektes ermöglichen und die Deutungen, indem sie das ödipale Objekt desexualisieren. Das so entstandene Ich sei ein « sublimiertes Ich », das heisst in Einklang mit dem « Ich » der Rede, so wie es manche Patienten mit dem Satz: « Endlich fühle ich mich selbst » auf eine Formel bringen. |

L’Io che ne deriva sarebbe un « Io sublimato » cioé accordato con l’« io » del discorso, secondo la formula di certi pazienti: « Finalmente mi sento me stesso ». |
