Présentée comme une modalité de rationalisation à des fins d'optimisation de la performance, l'évaluation est particulièrement aux prises avec les questions d'industrialisation. Injonction faite aux professionnels de la formation, l'évaluation oriente la manière dont les acteurs agissent et pensent leur action dans les organisations. Équipée, outillée, instrumentée, elle implique enfin une approche fine des médiations et, en premier lieu, celles des outils informatisés qui lui donnent corps. |
