| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa pratique de l’analyse avec les enfants a permis une évolution de la psychanalyse contemporaine, y compris celle avec les patients états limite, soulignant l’importance de la continuité psychanalyse avec les enfants – psychanalyse avec les adultes. Cette évolution a touché particulièrement le domaine de l’interprétation, facilitant l’abord des zones les plus précoces du psychisme. Ce qui se montre indispensable avec les enfants souffrant de troubles des symbolisations primaires. Une qualité particulière de transfert « paternel primaire » est mise en relief dans lequel l’identification primaire a un rôle prévalent. Est rappelée aussi l’importance de l’interprétation des rêves peu utilisée en analyse d’enfants. Une illustration clinique est donnée avec le cas d’une fillette prépsychotique âgée de 4 ans. |

Y esto se manifiesta indispensable con niños afectados por trastornos de simbolizaciones primarias. Una calidad peculiar de transferencia « paterno primaria » es puesta de relieve en la cual la identificación primaria desempeña un papel relevante.
